To offer as bites as an aperitif or on a cheese platter, ultra gourmet Caprices des deux garnished with dried fruits, apple and nuts. To be used endlessly with your favorite ingredients.

The idea of ​​this recipe is to use the associations of beggars by playing on textures with the crunch of nuts and the softness of dried fruits. Here nuts with small diced apples and for their flavors but also provide binder from dried apricot and dried fig. But you can vary the nuts (almond, hazelnut, pistachio, cashew, etc.). Instead of the apple we can imagine pear for example. And for dried fruits, choose apricot, fig, raisin, cranberries…

I used the new mini Caprices of the Gods here because they lend themselves well (and I find them so cute!!!) but you can use a whole forming. With the quantity indicated, I made 4 minis and 1/2 large Caprice of the Gods, to vary for the photos.
