Festive bites with these curry -marinated shrimp skewers, olive oil and lemon, served with mango dice. An easy and quick delight to prepare.
I invite you today to continue my series of ultra simple bites which are preparing in no time but which are either an explosion of flavors, or a wow effect that will surely appeal to your guests.
So after the ham rolls with a stock market, the mushrooms with fresh cheese and other ultra festive sun pies… I declined the shrimp that I make in toast with avocado, a perfect recipe for a brunch or a lunch on the go.
The idea is very simple: we buy precious shrimp. You can also do them yourself by polishing them for example with garlic, it’s better but it’s longer and you have to make sure to find very fresh shrimp, take the time to dissect them, cook them …
Here we want to give a nice taste to our shrimp. I chose curry but you can choose other spices.
To flavor the shrimp well, The curry is mixed with a little bit of lemon juice and olive oil. They are mixed beforehand and when the curry powder is well dissolved, the shrimp we add.
We let marinate an hour: Long enough to flavor but not too much, we do not want lemon juice overflowing the shrimp and makes you hard.
During the marinade, we peel and on cube cube mango.
And after nothing complicated: We take teeth cure or other small peaks and We part a shrimp and a piece of mango.
To prevent standby
You can serve this recipe in individual verrines.
