To serve as an accompaniment or as sauce for pasta or meat, it’s ultra gourmet, nice and simple to prepare.

I admit, this recipe is a bit inspired by one of the videos that has become viral first on Tik Tok then on Instagram of recipe for cherry cherry tomatoes with feta (with of course onion, garlic, herbs and olive oil). The idea is simple but devilishly effective and fun, to be used simply as an accompaniment to a main dish or with pasta or rice. Or, and it is to test, mixing them to make an aperitif DIP.

In short, here I am not talking to you about tomatoes and feta but of Paris and Boursin mushrooms. Because when I saw this new food trend, I immediately thought that this simple and fast dish principle was top and that it might be to damage it by preparing it like this:
