The idea of ​​this recipe is to resume the beggar associations by playing on textures with the crunch of shell fruit and the fluffy dried fruit. Here nuts with small apple dice and for their flavors but also bring bond of dry apricot and dry fig. But you can vary the hull fruits (almond, hazelnut, pistachio, cashews, etc.). Instead of the apple you can imagine pear for example. And for dried fruits, it’s a bit like apricot, fig, raisin, cranberries …

I used the new Caprices of the gods here because they lend themselves well to them (and I find them too cute !!!) but you can use a whole forming. With the quantity indicated, I made 4 mini and 1/2 great whim of the gods, to vary for the photos.
