Chia seed cream, healthy recipe

A simple dessert without very pleasant cooking.

I have a great passion for chia seeds at the moment. Do you know? They are full of nutritional qualities (rich in calcium and antioxidant in particular) and are super simple to prepare. Seeds, milk or vegetable milk and a perfume to vary your choice. I regularly alternate the preparations for matcha (I will soon give you my recipe) and cocoa.

When I tested the intense jam good mom with mango and apricot, I immediately said to myself that it was an ideal way to decorate my dessert with chia without swelling it too much.

You can replace soy milk with another vegetable milk or cow’s milk. The preparation seems liquid at the start but after a few hours of rest, the chia seeds swell.
