I offer you today a recipe that I started to make during the first confinement. 5 at home and in addition to teleworking, noon and evening feed all these little people with various dishes.
So after my usual meals quickly prepared, I started to vary the inspirations, with chicken in soy sauce and lemon, shrimp pan -fried garlic, dried porcini mushrooms in the potato gratin …

The main stages of the recipe

Some variants

  • Replace the chickpeas with coral lenses or green lenses precious. We then approach the Indian Dahl. Or make a chickpea or lentil pea with rice.

  • Spinach is optional. Prefer the fresh spinach, or do not put it at all, it is without I started because during the covid we did with what we found! You can replace the spinach with Watercress leaves.
  • Same for gingerit also works without but personally I prefer with it. Prefer without if you don’t have fresh ginger rather than using dried ginger. Add garlic.
  • You can replace coconut milk with liquid cream. If you use a little dense coconut, add water to dilute.
  • Or any other idea that goes through your head, there is something to do with this dish.
