Chia seed cream, Healthy recipe

A very simple, pleasant no-bake dessert.

I have a big passion for chia seeds at the moment. Do you know? They are full of nutritional qualities (rich in calcium and antioxidants in particular) and are super simple to prepare. Seeds, milk or vegetable milk and a flavor to vary as desired. I regularly alternate preparations with matcha (I’ll give you my recipe soon) and cocoa.

When I tested Bonne Maman intense mango and apricot jam, I immediately said to myself that it was an ideal way to enhance my chia dessert without oversweetening it.

You can replace soy milk with another plant milk or cow’s milk. The preparation seems liquid at first but after a few hours of rest, the chia seeds swell. With a small brunoise of fresh mango and a tiny bit of lime for a little pep, this is a very simple dessert to prepare that is a bit different… Will you tell me what you thought of it?
