Milk and dark chocolate chocolate mousse- simple recipe

A gentle foam with milk chocolate, with, of course, a hint of fleur de sel for an ultra gourmet contrast.

This simple recipe is sublimated by two ingredients that differ from classic chocolate mousse. To my recipe, which is not very different from most of the chocolate mosses that each one makes at home (see the recipe here), I replaced half the amount of dark chocolate with milk chocolate. And added a hint of fleur de sel, a little in the foam and a little sprinkled on it at the mimper of the service. This is of course optional, you can just make a half dark chocolate half -chocolate milk mousse (with only 3 ingredients: the two chocolates and eggs).

This recipe came from two desires:

  1. One of my daughters is struggling with Too chocolate desserts. I know, it may seem absurd for some, but yes, we may not like dark chocolate too much. If if 🙂 So the mix with chocolate with it pleases it.
  2. The memory of a chocolate foam bar tasted in Lyon in Halles Bacalan, right next to the city of wine. A fabulous place where you can do your shopping with many stalls with fabulous products. But there are also caterers and restaurateurs. You can take to take away or eat on site, each member of the family or group that can be used on a different stand or compose the menu with the menu with very different horizons. Very nice. In short to come back to the chocolate mousse we had found a chocolate maker who offered Chocolate mosses with different origins or percentage of chocolate, one with a little salt flower who had left us an extra memory.

And for gourmets amateurs of chocolate mousse, I offer you a recipe that I love with apple cubes with caramelized cinnamon. A surprise at the first bite that will delight your guests, the recipe is on the blog of course.

The fleur de sel is optionalyou will then have a classic chocolate mousse more roundness and less chocolate thanks to the milk chocolate.
Adjust The quantity of flower salt according to your taste. A pinch in and a few grains strewn on it at the service are in my opinion but you may prefer more or less.
Here 100 gr of chocolate and 3 eggs For 4 small bowls. Double the quantities For 6 large portions For example.
