These pears are so tasty and the saffron and cardamom sauce… delicious, I literally melt, it has become one of my favorite desserts.

There was a strange coincidence recently. While I was returning from a dinner around Touquet ratte (see my recipe for du Touquet ratte gratin with saffron) where I had enjoyed dessert, guess what, pears poached with saffron and cardamom, my mother brought me a leftover of her dessert that she had saved for me to taste, their last little pleasure for her and my father… pears poached with saffron and cardamom. cardamom! Offering me to test and if I liked to publish on the blog.
So taste yes of course, obviously repeat and I love it! It’s so fragrant! Super simple and quick to make for a very chic dessert. Serve on a festive table as a TV tray with fromage blanc. I’ll let you test it, you’ll tell me what you think…

To prevent sleep
The main stages: Poach the peeled pears in white wine with sugar and spices. Remove the pears and reduce the juice.
Enjoy cold.
