Croque Monsieur Gratin in the classic recipe in Béchamel


To please children, here is my classic and easy recipe in the oven, with Béchamel and melted grated cheese for even more gluttony.

Whether quickly prepared with a waffle device with the sir’s croque plates, in the pan for ovens without ovens or the fans of this cooking method, or as here in the oven for an even more gourmet gratin, we melt for the sir. It’s so regressive, don’t you think? And children love it.
