These stewed ham bites garnished with the stock market are a simple idea ideal for having a nice an aperitif effect. Only 2 ingredients.
You just have to spread the white cheese ham and make rolls.
I admit to having asked myself a little if I had to post this recipe for a mouth or not because it is so easy and fast.
But in reality if we have always done these stewed stews in the stock market (in reality I discovered it at my mother-in-law years ago), I offer this post as a silly thought because we don’t always think about it. And guaranteed, this recipe always pleases an aperitif.
White ham and garlic and herbs stock market are the only two ingredients you need here.
How to prepare these bites:
I made you a little editing with photos to guide you, to find just before the recipe sheet.
Cheese temperature advice: Make sure that the cheese is neither too fresh (that was the case and you can see on the photos of my tutorial step by step that he spreads badly and may tear the ham when you try to cover the slice), nor too much at room temperature because then it will be a massacre when you try to cut the slices (or then put it back in the refrigerator before cutting.
Cheese: You can use any fresh cheese instead of the cheese frail garlic and herbs from the well -known brand that I have cited.
Fresh goat cheese or fresh cheese type Philadelphia or Saint Môret whether you perfume your choice with garlic, shallot or chopped onion, dried or fresh herbs such as Provence herbs or chopped chives, spices like cumin or curry … It’s up to you!
Ham: I tested once with raw ham, not bad either but the ham slices being thinner, they stand less and the ham ration – ideal stock market is less easy to find.
Or why not cucumber or zucchini slices?
This recipe reminds me a little of the cucumber rollers with smoked salmon that I had made during a culinary demonstration at SIAL, the International Agriculture Show; And to zucchini bites at the beggar of dried fruit which had allowed me to win a competition organized by the CNIEL, the interprofession of dairy products.
Simple idea ideal for having a nice effect as an aperitif. Only 2 ingredients, you just have to spread the white cheese ham and make rolls.
