Pastis, pastaga, many of us love it as an aperitif, a little yellow in the setting sun… do you hear the cicadas?

But have you ever tried putting Pastis in your kitchen? I love it, often whole fish in the oven like Dorade, I will have to be able to take photos one day to share the recipe with you, or these chicken skewers marinated in Pastis cooked on the barbecue shared here at the very beginning of this blog.
So you can imagine that Mélanie’s tomato salad with Pastis and her pretty photos immediately caught my eye, what a great idea this Pastis vinaigrette. I added more anise by adding fennel because I love it in salads (do you know my recipe for fennel and orange salad?).
